                                      I agree with 'Stoners' it looks like an eel, however, the head does seem to be detached from its body, doesn't it?

                                                    FRILLED SHARK. Native to Australian waters. Wayjer- There are several species of toothless (filterfeeding) sharks. This one is not exactly toothless. It does have highly specialized teeth. To get a better look, go to the website I have provided.
