I knew that if I read this I was going to get a migraine. Here we go again.... America should pay for everything. This is the usual cry from the UN. What about eliminating all the exemptions from Kyoto? Let's get the rest of the world on board. Or better yet, since the UN wants to be the final word, let them. Leave the UN, stop paying UN dues and put that money back into OUR economy.
