Two studies were completed using 21 and 16 patients respectively measuring the effects of Magnesium Di-Potassium EDTA suppositories on standard blood chemistry values. Liver enzymes remain unchanged. BUN/creatinine ratios, bilirubin levels and prothrombin times all showed normalization towards optimal values whether initially high or low.
