Did you even read the summary? Nuclear Power IS NOT pushed as the only solution! However, it IS and inevitably WILL BE the cornerstone of the solution.
Furthermore, hardcore Greens are pushing for nuclear fission power as a major part of the answer to the Global Warming/Sustainable Industrial Economy question

Sorry. My comment was cranky. I do see that other technologies are included in the recommendations, but I part ways with the 'hardcore greens' on nuclear power. I'm not convinced that the serious problems with it are anywhere near solved. We'd just be trading one enormous problem for another.
